2012 4-H Dog Camp Canine was held May 18-20 at the J.M. Feltner 4-H Camp in London, KY.  Each year during the month of May, 4-H youth bring their dogs to camp to learn obedience, care of their animals, and have FUN!  Youth also learn responsibility for their dog and practice showmanship skills to prepare for the various county dog shows held throughout the state during the summer and to prepare for the State 4-H Dog Show, held in Louisville, KY at the KY Fair & Exposition grounds.  This year's State 4-H Dog Show will be August 11-12, 2012.  Registration is through your county extension office before the July 10th deadline.
