Silent Auction Information

Description

Training session provided in different shooting sports disciplines according to availability and interest. Certification is provided following passing of test in any one discipline.

Objectives

To help shooting sports leaders become qualified to teach junior and senior 4-Hers proper techniques and safety when using a firearm.

Dates

October and February/March every year.

Agent Responsibilities

To notify interested leaders and others of the training.

To submit registrations, money and information, help with transportation and promote full participation by those signed up.

Additional Information

Spring Certification Workshop dates are March 8-10, 2013

Fall Certification Workshop dates are October 11-13, 2013

SHOTGUN and RIFLE PARTICIPANTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN AMMO
   Shotgun (2 boxes of whatever gauge they will be shooting)
   Rifle 22 (100 Rounds) 

BLACK POWDER (MUZZELOADING) MUST BRING ALL SHOOTING SUPPLIES.

ARCHERY EQUIPMENT WILL BE PROVIDED.

PISTOL - Adults may bring their own Air Pistol.  (TEENS ARE NOT TO BRING PISTOLS).  If you do not have a pistol, one will be provided for you to use in class.
