From the Director
Dr. Ann VailAs another academic year nears its end, campus is busy preparing for finals week and commencement. Students are making the final push to complete course work and faculty and staff are working diligently. At this time of excitement, we in the School of Human Environmental Sciences are mourning the loss of former Dean, Dr. Peggy Meszaros. Dr. Meszaros was an outstanding leader known for her dedication, passion and ability to dream big and fulfill her dreams. An alumnus of the School, she remained dedicated to her alma mater even while serving as provost and senior vice president at Virginia Tech. She was an advocate for students, a supportive colleague and a true friend to many. We will miss her warm smile, thoughtful input and outstanding leadership.

With warmest wishes,

Ann Vail Ann Vail
