Pradeep Kachoroo Pradeep Kachroo

Pradeep conducted his Ph.D. research on transposable elements in the rice blast pathogen Magnaporthe grisea.  He received his degree  from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, India and from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He was a Research Associate with Professor Dan Klessig at the Boyce Thompson Institute, NY until his appointment as Assistant Professor at the Dept. of Plant Pathology in September 2002.
