AEC 326: Principles of Environmental Law

AEC 326 (formerly AEC 424) is a junior- and senior-level course providing an introduction to the law concerning the environment and natural resources. The course is a broad survey of topics including the U.S. legal system, common law relevant to environmental issues, important Supreme Court decisions, and the main federal statutes (e.g., Clean Air Act, Endangered Species Act).
