Guide for Seed Tag Placement

This guide has been developed to provide information on the relative importance of various characteristics listed on a seed tag. The relative weights assigned will vary somewhat from crop to crop and hence they provide only a general guide. Other factors will often have to be used to differentiate betweed seed lots.
