We are pleased to share with our event partners new sponsorship information for the 2009 Ag & HES Alumni Association programs.  Your participation and support of our events is vital to sustaining and enhancing what is known across campus as the best college alumni program.

In an effort to streamline our requests for support, we have designed an annual sponsorship program whereby you may choose to underwrite multiple events and gain added exposure and marketing benefits.  In many cases, our sponsors currently support more than one event.  Through this process, the Ag & HES Alumni Association will make a sponsorship request to your organization only once during the calendar year.

Enclosed is a description of sponsorship benefits for your organization according to the level of support.  The Association hosts three major events during the year: Joe T. Davis Memorial Golf Tournament, Ag Roundup, and Winter Event.  Typical attendance for each event is as follows:  Golf Tournament (100 participants); Ag Roundup (4,000 participants over a 4-day period); Winter Event (300-500 attendees).  Additionally, circulation for our quarterly alumni publication is over 18,000.

Single event sponsorships will continue to be available to our partners.  Please review the enclosed sponsorship information for all opportunities to be involved in these events.
