Dr. Lisa CollinsDr. Lisa Collins became assistant dean for academic administration in February 2009.  She works with promotion and tenure, faculty performance reviews, faculty two- and four-year reviews of progress towards tenure, academic and program reviews, reporting and accountability, and other related duties.  She is the Dean’s Office liaison for the College of Agriculture, Food and Environment's Faculty Council and works with the departmental chair group on issues related to academic administration.  She also facilitates institutional reporting for the college.

Ruth Cremeans

Ruth Cremeans has been with the Dean’s Office since January 2007.  As administrative assistant to the Dean and Director, her duties include oversight of the Faculty Database, and assisting the Dean and the College of Agriculture, Food and Environment administrative team attain the vision of the college. To that end she develops, and implements organizational strategies and procedures. Having come from a background in extension, she understands the importance of relationships with members of the Kentucky community.  Ruth collaborates with and is liaison between many state and federal legislators, donors, and government agency officials, as well as faculty and staff statewide.

Brooke StoneBrooke Stone joined the College of Agriculture, Food and Environment in October 2008.  Her main role is administrative support to the assistant dean for academic administration.  Some of the yearly projects she helps process are promotion and tenure dossiers, Barnhart Fund for Excellence awards, space inventory, annual reports, and performance reviews.  Brooke is excited to be a part of the College of Agriculture, Food and Environment and says what makes the college a wonderful place are the people.

Betsy Kephart

Betsy Kephart has been with the College of Agriculture, Food and Environment since December 2011. She plays a vital role in coordinating the SACS project for the entire college. Betsy also assists with faculty credentialing, strategic plan reports, institutional and ad hoc reporting. Her organizational skills and ability to analyze and process data have been an asset to the college.
