2014 Conference Information

Overview and General Information

The KY short course will be held in the Bluegrass Ballroom (Level 3) of the Lexington Convention Center.

If you are NOT staying at the Hyatt, free parking is ONLY available in the Manchester Street parking lot.

REGISTRATION
The pre-registration fee for the program is $210.00 if paid on or before October 1, 2014 and $235 if received by Oct 31st. After that is the on-site registration (at the meeting,) of $275.00. The fee includes course materials, breakfasts, coffee breaks and receptions. Registration will begin on Tuesday, November 4 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Convention Center in downtown Lexington. Plan to register by 1:00 p.m. on November 4 if you wish to attend the concurrent sessions beginning at 1:00 p.m.

LOCATION AND LODGING
The 2014 conference will be held in the Convention Center adjacent to the Hyatt Regency located at 400 West Vine Street in downtown Lexington. The Hyatt Regency is holding a block of rooms for Short Course participants until September 8, 2014 ($123.00 + tax). Attendees are urged to make their reservations early as space is limited. CONTINUING EDUCATION
In Kentucky, continuing certification credits have been requested for Categories 7a, 7b, 8 and 10. Continuing certification credit for this program has also been requested from Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia. If you work in another state and would like your attendance to count towards that state's certification, we will gladly supply you with a copy of the program to submit to your state's authorities for evaluation.
