UK Sustainability Awards
The University of Kentucky recognizes leaders in the areas of sustainability. As part of the Annual Research Showcase, awards are presented to honor individuals, organizations, and corporations who produce sustainable practices and make impacts at the state, regional and global levels.
 UK Global Sustainability Award The UK Global Sustainability Award recognizes individuals who are leaders in promoting the sustainability movement, who have a long and enduring record of contributions to sustainability with clear global implications, and whose activities have helped shape public policy.
UK Corporate Sustainability Awards The University of Kentucky Corporate Sustainability Award is based on four criteria: strategic vision on corporate sustainability performance, economic performance, environmental performance and societal performance. The award recognizes Kentucky-based companies as well as companies that have a presence in Kentucky. Two categories are awarded: large company (> 500 employees) and small company (< 500 employees).
UK Sustainability Service Award The UK Sustainability Service Award is presented to a Kentuckian or Kentucky-based organization that has a demonstrated record of exceptional service and lasting impact on the Commonwealth of Kentucky either and/or a local, regional, or state level. |
