What is the Kentucky Equine Survey?

The National Agricultural Statistics Service will be surveying the equine industry in Kentucky in 2012. This is a statewide survey, incorporating all breeds and types of equine, which include horses, ponies, donkeys, and mules. The survey will determine population and location of equines in the state, as well as the economic impact of the equine industry in Kentucky.
