Long-term Response of Upland Oak Forest to Prescribed Burning

Academic interests:
Generally, I am interested in forest management and restoration, forest response to disturbance, plant ecology and conservation, and invasive plant management.

Current Research:
My current research project is investigating the effects of a long-term (20 year) burn regime on forest structure and composition in the Red River Gorge at Daniel Boone National Forest, Kentucky.

Personal Hobbie/Interests:
Native plant landscaping, photography, botanical illustrations, hiking, reading, and meditation.
