Sustainability of White Oak Timber Supply

Objective:  The objective of the meeting is to provide industries involved in the production or use of grade white oak with up-to-date information on white oak supply, long and short term sustainability, and threats.

Audience: Stave and lumber mills, distillers, barrel manufactures, flooring and other secondary white oak users, and veneer producers. 

Presenters: Experts in white oak and hardwood demand and supply, forest sustainability and oak researcher, forest growth and drain, and white oak insect and diseases. Tentative Agenda and Meeting Information
