Horse Karyotype Testing
We perform clinical cytogenetic testing on samples submitted by veterinarians to evaluate chromosome abnormalities that may cause infertility or congenital abnormalities in horses.
Due to the University closing for the holidays from December 24, 2014 through January 2, 2015, we will be unable to accept samples for karyotyping until January 5, 2015.
Fees, submission forms, sample collection and submission instructions (pdf - forms can be filled online and then printed).
Because of the setup involved, the submitter must contact the laboratory prior to submission of samples.
