College of Agriculture's Suman receives Young Animal Scientist Award
University of Kentucky researcher Surendranath Suman accepted the Young Animal Scientist in Research Award from the American Society of Animal Science Southern Section in a recognition ceremony Feb. 6. Suman, an assistant professor in the Department of Animal and Food Sciences in the College of Agriculture, studies proteomics, specifically, the interactions between proteins in meat.
