This year we are offering 2 share types from our operations at the Organic Farming Unit on the UK Horticulture Research Farm.  UK CSA members may choose to enroll in either share option or elect to participate in both.  A short description of each share is below with detailed information sheets available for download. 

Full CSA Share

The first is our traditional, Full CSA Share, where members receive a share of vegetables for 22 weeks.  A share will feed a family of 2-3 non-vegetarians.  For more information, download our 2012 Full CSA Info Sheet.

Prices for a 22 week share*:

Student:        $501 (avg. $22.77/wk)
Non-Student: $600 (avg. $27.27/wk)

Shares are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis and are currently sold out for 2012.

CSA Flex Share

New this year, we are offering a CSA Flex Share that is customizable, offering smaller quantities of select items on a first-come, first serve basis.  This gives members the flexibility to build their own share on a week-to-week basis but will not be able to offer the consistent availability (as quantities will be limited and may sell out) or variety (sometimes as few as 3-4 options) that our Full CSA Share provides.  Members manage their CSA Flex Share through an online ordering and payment program.  This is perfect for those who wish to support our programming, but do not wish to be a Full CSA Share member.
